Key Responsibilities

 

Follow and uphold the company's environmental and quality policies to control product quality.Complete laboratory housekeeping tasks according to relevant procedure documents and work instructions.Accurately use and maintain production and inspection equipment, including calibration.Purchase necessary laboratory materials promptly based on usage.Monitor and measure key control points in the production process according to product quality and environmental control requirements.Perform product inspections as per relevant work instructions.Assist EHS in identifying and assessing workplace hazards and take appropriate measures to control and reduce risks.Support production line or quality engineers in validating and confirming products, process equipment, and facilities.Help quality engineers address product quality defects and customer feedback, implementing corrective and preventive actions.Strictly follow GDP and company requirements for record-keeping.Maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments.Complete all tasks assigned by leadership on time.

 

Requirements

 

Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.Outstanding ability to use and maintain inspection equipment.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve common goals.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
