Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintenance of Quality Control (QC) Lab and test.

- Test of the raw materials and repackaged products (PMF, Can kit and Semkit) in accordance with BMS, AMS, MIL, BAMS, MM etc. specifications.

- Maintenance of instrument in QC lab and instrument calibration.

- Maintenance of quality records/documents for all raw materials and repackaged products.

- Co-work in QAD System to enter testing results with Production, Warehouse and Customer Service Teams for production and shipment.

- Communication about test and production schedule with Production Team.

- Preparation of COC/Test Report

- QC Lab 5S activity

Specific duties and Responsibilities:

1. Test and Inspection (Work rate 60%)

Acceptance/Stock Test to the raw materials Test of the repackaged products. Receiving inspection to some finished goods and parts Enter data to intercompany systems (QAD, ETQ and such)

2. Preparation of COC/test report of both raw materials and repackaged products (Work rate 25%)

3. Instrument verification / calibration and maintenance (Work rate 10%)

4. QC Lab 5S and EHS (Work rate 5%)

Requires:

- Good communication skills and behavior with colleagues.

- Chemical product knowledge.

- Chemical Lab experience.
