**Work Schedule** First Shift (Days) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **How will you make an impact?** This position will be responsible for leading and participating in implementation projects for new lab systems. The position will also provide administrative support for existing lab systems to ensure continued state of compliance. **What will you do:** + Lead and participate on implementation projects for new lab systems + Research and provide hardware and software solutions for electronic lab notebook integration + Provide administrative support for existing lab systems + Computer maintenance and data archival for laboratory computer systems + Periodic system review to ensure continued state of compliance + Troubleshoot lab hardware and software issues **How will you get here:** + Minimum required education: Bachelor degree in technology, engineering or scientific related field with at least 5 years of experience related to laboratory equipment (hardware/software) or Associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience. + Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related laboratory setting + Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Extensive knowledge of scientific laboratory equipment including software and hardware expertise + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills + Strong communication skills + Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements related to laboratory equipment and data **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** This position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time. **What We Offer** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
