Job Duties :Own lab management to meet all requirements.Supervises a staff of laboratory employees.Sets expectations for adherence to policies and procedures and safety standards.Maintains laboratory standards and equipment in accordance with quality certifications.Maintains standards in the areas of housekeeping, safety, and attendance.Responsible for communications up and down the line and for assuring that communications from team members are accurate and complete.Responsible for responding to personnel, operational and safety and environmental incidents.Manage lab cost.Provide leadership and direction for QC lab and drive organization efficiency improvement, including people/ talent development, to support business situation changes.Interface with supply chain for coordination of schedules and understanding of customer needs.Drive improvement programs and initiatives on lab test capability/accuracy to meet customer increasing requirements and industry standards.Own IQC/PQC and FQC execution in the manufacturing site, including annual calibration coordination *Job Qualifications:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringHigh level verbal and written communications skills both in English & Mandarin.3 years above working experience in manufacturing site.  People leader experience is plus.Good logic skillKnowing Basic Analysis tool and ISO9001. Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
