The **Quality Inspector** must be willing to deploy on long-term assignment to Kwajalein Island, Marshall Islands. This position is not a remote support opportunity. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Inspect and test products or services at various stages of production or delivery. + Verify that products meet specified quality standards, tolerances, and performance criteria. + Document and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective actions. + Operate testing equipment and instruments, ensuring their accuracy and reliability. + Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control policies and procedures. + Collaborate with production teams and other stakeholders to address quality issues. + Analyze and interpret quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. + Conduct visual inspections and measurements to check product dimensions and aesthetics. + Ensure that products or services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. + Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes and training programs. + Responsible for documentation review, analysis, and maintenance during quality management system implementation including various reports, logs, turnover documentation. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Effective and efficient problem solving and decision-making skills; thoughtful, proactive, and creative + Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment + Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time + Solid written and oral communication skills. Bi-Lingual, English & Tagalog, is ideal + Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs + Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards **Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED. + EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in field construction is required. + OSHA Safety 30-Hour Certification or able to obtain. + Vocational Diploma/Certification of Completion. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to overhead position. + Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds. + Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. + Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather condition. + Ability to Relocate: Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. + Must wear appropriate PPE when performing tasks. + Wear long pants, shirt that covers the shoulders by six (6) inches, and steel toe work boots, including prescription safety glasses.
