**This position is based in Greece, Koropi and reports directly to the , QC Manager in Greece.**

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and implement improvements in QC processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
+ Oversee and coordinate QC projects aligned with organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support laboratory investigations (e.g., OOX, deviations), ensuring they are scientifically justified and compliant.
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), assisting the QC Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
+ Ensure strict adherence to EHS rules, cGMP guidelines, company SOPs, and internal policies.
+ Maintain deep knowledge of QC regulations and ensure all laboratory activities meet quality and scientific standards.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
+ University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Control department within the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Proven experience handling data sets, with proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and SAP or similar QC systems.
+ Project management certification is considered an asset.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
+ Demonstrated ability in decision-making, planning, and problem-solving in a regulated environment.
+ Fluency in **English** is required.
