The Quality Control Analytical Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the analytical capabilities of the Banwol Lab to meet growing quality control demands and evolving customer and regulatory requirements. This role is critical for improving lab performance and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality analytical results.

Your Role:

Develop and validate analytical methods to support robust product quality control.Deliver high-quality Certificates of Analysis (CoA) aligned with customer requirements.Proactively address potential quality issues and provide strong troubleshooting support for both internal and external stakeholders.Enhance product quality management through impurity profiling.Drive continuous improvement in analytical workflows, including work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP), leveraging data-based process optimization.Contribute to quality improvements by actively participating in digitalization projects focused on quality control automation and process optimization.Support First Time Product Quality (FTPQ) improvements and Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives.Manage changes through internal Management of Change (MoC) and Internal Quality Process (IQP) processes, and prepare Product Change Notifications (PCN) for customers.Foster effective communication and collaboration for seamless internal and external cooperation.Demonstrate flexibility and inclusiveness to adapt to changing environments and diverse requirements across quality control and field operations.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment.Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including Gas Chromatography (GC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Ion Chromatography (IC), Karl Fischer (KF), and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS).Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in managing customer audits and handling complaints.Proven experience in process digitalization and data-driven process improvement using systems such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and SAP.Proficiency in statistical data management tools, including Minitab, JMP, and Tableau.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across departments.Demonstrated flexibility and inclusiveness by adapting effectively to changing environments and diverse demands within quality control and site operations.Fluent in English.
