Ultimately, you’ll ensure our customers can continue to depend on us for product excellence. **Your responsibilities** -Day to day execution of analytical testing in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements. -Ensure that relevant data is checked, approved, recorded and available for inspection in accordance with Good Manufacturing & Good Laboratory Practices. -Understand and contribute to appropriate key performance indicators. -Support the continuous development of wider QC Operations and continuous improvement programmes. -Support the application and maintenance of laboratory quality systems. -Provide clear and effective communication throughout the supply chain. **The experience we're looking for** -Have understanding of either Chemistry or Biology testing methods and procedures (Degree). -Have close attention to detail, and are keen and able to carry out product analysis. -Are proficient in raw material testing techniques. -Are committed to quality, have a strong sense of ownership and take responsibility for raising standards. **The skills for success** Commercial Awareness, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Ability to challenge the status quo, Propose improvement, Accountability, Adaptability, Collaborator, R&D, Product Lifecycle Management. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
