Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Clerical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations, including labels, filing, data entry, and document management.Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Maintain accurate records and assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.Operate phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling customer interactions.Collaborate with team members using MS Office.Support office management tasks as needed to enhance workflow and productivity.Essential SkillsFood science knowledge.Experience in Quality Control Admin.Strong administrative support skills.Excellent customer service skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 Year experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office systems.Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support to clients.Excellent proofreading abilities and attention to detail are essential.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact with diverse stakeholders.Work Environment

This position involves working in a lab setting with two available shifts: (1) 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, and (2) 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
