Skills and Requirements Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing. · Testing Expertise: Strong knowledge of software testing principles, test design, and test case development. · Agile Experience: Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments, with the ability to lead a QA team within an Agile pod. · Automation Skills: Proficiency in test automation using frameworks such as: o Robot Framework (Python) or BDD Cucumber Framework or any other equivalent tool o Tools like Selenium or Playwright · Programming Knowledge: Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as Java or Python. · Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and analyze complex applications and business workflows. · Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. · Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and leading QA teams.
