CTG is seeking to fill a QA/Test Lead opening for our client in Columbus, OH. Location: Remote Duration: 18 months Duties: Conduct quality assurance reviews for application services engagements, ensuring compliance with World Wide Quality Assurance/Management Discipline (WWQA/MD) standards. Independently assess project viability, risk, project management, profitability, and client satisfaction, providing recommendations to influence solution design and delivery. Serve as Senior QA/Test Lead for the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Upgrade, supporting critical utility operations. Define and implement QA strategy tailored to utility business use cases and GIS system upgrades. Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing of Esri web maps, services, integrations, and field applications. Coordinate overall test effort, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality standards are met. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage QA processes and cross-functional testing teams. Expertise in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and GIS-related systems. Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and defect tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation. Familiarity with WWQA/MD standards and quality governance frameworks. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role. Hands-on experience with GIS applications, particularly Esri ArcGIS Enterprise. Proven track record in leading SIT, UAT, and regression testing efforts for enterprise applications. Experience working in utility industry projects is preferred. Background in coordinating QA for large-scale application upgrades and integrations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
