Description Responsible for production holds and proper documentation (corrective action plans) Understanding of HACCP, food defense regulations and food allergens Testing raw materials and finished products - Weight checks, Brix testing, sensory testing Complete ingredient and raw materials checks Responsible for EM swabbing (ATP testing) and bioluminescent swabbing Conduct line checks and pre-op checks Verify customer specifications Ensure adherence to GMPs Skills microsoft excel, quality assurance, quality control, food manufacturing, gmp, haccp, corrective action plans, swabbing Top Skills Details microsoft excel,quality assurance Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of Quality experience from a manufacturing company High School diploma or Bachelor of Science in Food Science Food safety Allergan testing HACCP documentation SQF Brix testing ATP Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
