Job Title: QA Technician

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support manufacturing operations. Ensure product quality through inspections, measurements, and adherence to established standards. Maintain control of the product quality and the manufacturing process. Perform tasks that involve sampling, visual inspections, and work area verification. Determine if a product or component abides by the quality requisites already established. Implement and maintain quality system effectiveness.

ResponsibilitiesConduct product quality inspections and measurements.Ensure adherence to established quality standards.Perform sampling and visual inspections.Verify work areas for compliance with quality requirements.Determine product or component compliance with quality requisites.Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.Essential SkillsProficiency in quality assurance procedures.Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9000 standards.Experience with inspection tools such as calipers and CMM.Basic mathematics skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Biology, Physics, Mathematics, or Science Education.Familiarity with quality control software or data entry systems.Work Environment

This position is within a medical device company operating in a laboratory setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet, and it is a regulated manufacturing environment. The day shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
