Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division and creates dry seasoning blends for meat and snacks items that spice up the life of Kerry customers. Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $24.00  per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Shift: 2st shift 4pm-12am Monday through Friday. $1.50 Shift differential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform sensory, physical, chemical, and / or instrumental evaluation of raw material, in process, or finished products following SOP and specifications. Expedite evaluation process and final disposition and provide information to production. Develop and maintain raw material and finished product specifications. Trouble shoots quality problems in production. Participate in the development of special processes to improve quality. Generate data for Certificates of analysis. Participate in test panels. Maintain laboratory data, files, supplies, and calibrate equipment on a regular schedule as well as maintaining GMP's. Work on the corrective actions of any customer complaints / issues. Follows all quality, safety, and company protocols & procedures. Sample pulls 40lbs or less What You'll Need To Be Successful QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and experience in a lab setting running chemistry tests Food industry experience is highly desirable.    Minimum 0-2 years of experience  High School Diploma or GED
