**Location: Cincinnati, OH**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Tech Lead with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and Cucumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in test automation, functional testing, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java with Selenium.
+ Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber for behavior-driven testing.
+ Conduct regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
+ Perform bug verification, tracking, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
+ Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
+ Execute and monitor Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and testing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and customers.
+ Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
+ Perform API testing and validate backend services.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers.
**Required Skills**
+ Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
+ Proficient in Cucumber and BDD methodologies.
+ Solid understanding of functional testing for business applications.
+ Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
+ Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline execution.
+ Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and development teams.
+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
