Maintain quality manual, quality procedures, quality record forms质量手册、程序文件、操作文件、记录等文件管理ISO document control and distribution质量管理体系文件分发和控制Internal ISO training 质量管理体系相关内部培训Internal and external audits内、外部审计New supplier qualification新原料供应商的批准Supplier audits供应商审计Non-conformity/CAR management for resin and copolymer products and raw materials不符合项、不合格原料、不合格中间品、不合格成品的管理Customer questionnaires and audits客户调查问卷和审计Customer complaints logbook 客户投诉登记Arrange quality meetings and reports组织质量会议及报告Administrate the change management process 变更管理Arrange management review meetings组织管理评审会议Monthly quality reports月度质量报告Other management Systems其他体系
Assist the initiation and management of other management system, for instance, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 system and etc. 协助其它管理体系的建立和管理,如OHSAS18001,ISO14001等体系Assist Halal/Kosher/WQA related issues where required (e.g. audits) 支持和协助清真/犹太洁食/WQA等相关事项,如审计等Government Technical Projects 政府科技项目
Internal in charge and coordination for government technical projects application协调和主管政府科技项目的申报Handling documentation for government related projects and certifications for technical department 组织政府科技项目申报所需的资料Prepare and submit government technical projects related reports 填写政府科技项目相关报表和报告Contact and relationship maintain with government Science &Technical Bureau/ Economic &Information Committee联系和维持科技项目申报相关政府部门和人员,如科技局、经信委等Other relevant works required by government 政府要求的其它相关工作Patent Applications 专利申请
Organizing technical documentation 组织准备技术资料Work with patent lawyers on patent application process 就专利申请事项与专利事务所进行合作Other 其他
Assist on AP500 documentation as required按要求协助AP500资料准备 And any other duty and responsibility as required by management 其他管理层要求的工作和职责任职要求:
