As a QA/QC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer documentation requests are efficiently tracked and fulfilled. You will draft and issue necessary quality assurance statements, review and maintain correct versions, signatories, and dates, and ensure all COAs for raw materials and finished ingredients align with specifications. You will also be responsible for creating and updating items in TraceGains and supporting the completion of customer questionnaires. Additionally, you will manage sample submissions through external labs.

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring on-site presence at least one day a week, preferably two. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility when working remotely. This opportunity allows for a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to a dynamic team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
