The role involves conducting inspections, managing documentation, and collaborating with project teams to uphold standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures for commercial projects. + Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. + Review and approve subcontractor quality plans and procedures. + Identify and document non-conformities and implement corrective actions. + Collaborate with project managers and teams to resolve quality issues. + Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and reports. + Assist in training project staff on quality standards and procedures. + Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. + 3 to 5 years of experience in QA/QC in commercial construction projects. + Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software. + Certification in Quality Control (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI) is a plus.
