WSP is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our supervision team for a prestigious airport project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project. Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. Review and approve quality documents, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals. Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to approved plans. Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions. Address quality-related concerns and liaise with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Collaborate with construction and supervision teams to achieve quality objectives. Guide and train junior QA/QC staff to ensure adherence to quality protocols. Serve as the primary contact for quality matters between the client, contractors, and subcontractors. Address client feedback on quality issues and ensure timely resolutions. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 14 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with significant exposure to large-scale projects, preferably airports. Proven supervision experience in quality management. QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred. Excellent knowledge of international quality standards and codes (e.g., BS, ASTM, ACI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
