Qualifications : 

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC management, with a focus on petrochemical projects of similar size and complexity. Proven experience in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, materials, and international standards.Proficiency in reading and interpreting quality plans and specifications.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder coordination.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic project environment.
