Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures for civil and façade works Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues Provide technical guidance and expertise on QA/QC matters Review project specifications and blueprints to identify quality requirements Lead internal quality improvement initiatives and training programs Prepare quality reports and documentation for senior management Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in QA/QC Resolve quality-related disputes and conflicts in a timely and effective manner Ensure that all civil and façade works meet safety and environmental standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry Proven track record in QA/QC roles for civil and façade projects Strong leadership and team management skills
