QA/QC Analyst
Description Robert Half is seeking a QA/QC Analyst. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be responsible for the following tasks. + Perform QA/QC Document Reviews: Conduct daily reviews of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) documentation to ensure completeness, legibility, and compliance with established standards. + Establish and manage both digital and physical documentation systems to maintain audit readiness at all times. + Monitor and Address Documentation Issues + Assist with formatting updates for quality assurance forms and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Manage Logs and Record Tracking + Audit Support: Prepare and organize documentation as needed for internal, external, customer, or regulatory audits. + Non-Conformance Records + Product Hold Coordination + Log and organize customer complaints, ensuring all supporting documentation is gathered for investigation purposes. + Complaint File Readiness: Maintain complete and audit-ready complaint files and oversee the tracking of complaint trends. + Quality Control Coverage: Serve as a backup for QC technicians to ensure seamless operation during staff absences or peak operational periods. + SQF Certification or prior experience with SQF audits, highly preferred.
