Job Summary

Plans, organizes, and manages the quality assurance functions of the company including that of the toll partners. Makes strategic and business decisions where quality and food safety are at stake. Assesses risks on quality decisions. Provides inputs to Management on internal and external issues that impact on food safety quality and business profitability. Reports on the perfomance of the company and toll partners against established food safety and quality objectives and makes improvements and recommendations thereon. Assures compliance of RTE commissary/traded and processes used to regulatory, industry, company, and customer's standards.
