Read more about us at: www.sms-magic.com Company Overview: Watch here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7\_AqQdft9w) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven QA Manager with a solid background in Manual Testing, API Testing, Automation, and DevOps , along with exposure to Non-Functional Testing (Performance & Security) . The ideal candidate has strong team management experience, excels under pressure, and can effectively lead QA efforts across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities: + Strategize and drive the QA roadmap aligned with business goals and product delivery timelines. + Lead a cross-functional QA team (manual, automation, DevOps, performance) and manage their day-to-day deliverables. + Design, implement, and enforce standard QA processes , templates, and tools across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. + Own and manage all test phases: unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression, UAT, and post-deployment validation . + Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria , and ensure testability. + Conduct risk-based testing to prioritize critical areas during tight delivery windows. + Drive automated testing initiatives (UI, API, regression) and ensure continuous improvement in test coverage. + Partner with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration , infrastructure readiness, and shift-left testing. + Manage performance benchmarking , load/stress testing , and security validations using industry tools and practices. + Handle resource planning, hiring, mentoring , and performance reviews for the QA team. Prepare and present QA dashboards , test metrics , and release readiness reports to leadership. + Ensure defect prevention through root cause analysis and retrospectives.   Required Qualifications: + 11+ years of total QA experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role and 5+ experience in automation + Strong experience with manual testing , API testing , and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). + Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD environments . + Experience in non-functional testing such as performance and basic security validations. + Proven ability to lead teams and manage QA for multiple parallel projects. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. + Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.   Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. + ISTQB or other relevant certifications. + Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. + Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and tool integration.   Powered by JazzHR
