Summary: A seasoned Quality Assurance Lead who brings deep expertise in testing complex systems and thrives in leading QA strategy across large-scale, cross-functional projects. This individual will drive quality initiatives across agile teams, foster best practices in test engineering, and play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end QA efforts for enterprise-level projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple releases and environments * Develop and execute strategic QA plans aligned to project goals and business outcomes * Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to define test strategy, scope, and success criteria * Monitor the performance and output of vendor QA teams; Provide timely, constructive feedback to ensure adherence to project standards and expectations * Act as the primary QA point of contact for vendor alignment and issue resolution * Drive the implementation of automated testing frameworks and continuous testing pipelines * Coordinate and manage functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing cycles
