Day to Day: One of Insight Globals clients is looking for a mid-level Manual QA to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the companys eCommerce application. They will help manage an increasing number of projects and ensure that new features and updates meet standards. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases and test plans that align with evolving business requirements. In addition, they will perform API testing using Postman, creating, executing, and validating test cases for RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow across systems. Other responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts. To improve issues, track bugs, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
