Job Details:

Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process, and finished products.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of an effective food safety and quality management system in compliance with relevant standards and customers’ requirements.Involved in supplier assessment and supplier audit program.Ensure materials meet Tyson Foods Malaysia’s standards before accepting them for production use.Monitor daily production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.Perform verification to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standardsAddress food safety and quality issues and collaborate with the production/ maintenance/ sanitation team to implement corrective actions.Ensure finished goods are meeting Tyson Foods Malaysia’s standards before releasing to markets or customers.Conduct an internal audit and plant review to ensure compliance.Assist in root cause investigation for non-conformities and customer complaints, and thereby develop adequate procedures to prevent recurrence.Assist in various programs' implementation, including but not limited to FSQ Culture, pest control, allergen management, etc.

Qualification/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a science Field or any related field.Preferably candidates with work experience in the FMCG industry; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
