The QA will be responsible for validating end-to-end functionality, UI/UX alignment, and release readiness using advanced automation frameworks and Agile practices. **Role Responsibilities:** + Analyze product requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to create detailed test strategies. + Design and execute **manual and automated test cases** for mobile applications (Ionic, React Native). + Build and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using **Appium, Playwright** , or similar tools. + Perform regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT). + Ensure high test coverage through scalable test suites integrated into the **CI/CD pipeline** . + Log bugs, track status, and report test results effectively using **JIRA** and test management tools. + Validate builds across environments – dev, staging, and production – during deployment cycles. + Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners in Agile teams (Scrum). + Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives. + Perform cross-platform testing for Android and iOS devices (real and emulators/simulators). + Ensure apps follow usability and accessibility standards. + Contribute to defining and continuously improving QA best practices. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + Minimum **4+ years of experience** in **mobile app testing** (Manual + Automation). + Proven experience with **Ionic** , **React Native** , and **Native Android/iOS apps** . + Proficient in UI test automation using **Appium** (mandatory), and familiarity with **Playwright** , **Detox** , or **Selenium** . + Solid understanding of mobile testing strategies, test pyramid, and parallel device testing. + Strong hands-on experience with **JIRA** , test case writing, defect lifecycle, and test coverage. + Knowledge of test management tools like **TestRail** , **Zephyr** , or **Xray** . + Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). + Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). + Bonus: Experience with API testing tools like **Postman** and mobile performance testing. **Benefits** + We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance + Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules and leave Policy + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Program. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
