Responsibilities

Managing Team /resources  for Infra management Lab Infra & Inventory Management processes Automation Scripts Management & Development for Automation in Infra Material Movement tools  Integration with Automation Inventory Management tools & Maintenance Develop test scope, test strategy, test plan, test cases, scenarios, test data and requirement traceability matrix for mobility( MiFi / Dongle / ICPE & OCPE ) & IoT devices  Set up test bed involving design of system scenarios, platform, UE/enB simulators and core network elements Drive test process and deliver test results, defect analysis, corrective action plan and provide go/no-go recommendations Understand 3GPP standards in-depth for testing compliance against various releases Identify tests to be automated, drive automation and acceptance framework Automation Test Execution and Script Development for Devices Testing Manage defect lifecycle including defect creation, tracking, RCA, recommend corrective measures Develop and review product and software artefacts like release notes, technical bulletins, installation and deployment guides, and create documentation 

 

Skills and experience

Strong experience in wireless technologies such as LTE other wireline/wireless  technologies standards, protocols and architectures Strong experience in testing Wi-Fi specifications ,standards , features & performance benchmarking   Experience in product testing, testing lifecycle management and automation tools, network performance optimization, and field test issue resolutions Experience of LTE/IoT devices radio/protocol Conformance &  performance testing tools/equipment Excellent project management  & vendor management skills Excellent presentation and articulation skills - Expertise in Microsoft projects , Excel , power point etc
