Airtel XStream is a high visibility product category for Airtel targeting premium customers.  This position will be responsible for both

The development of our next generation XSstream boxes, working closely with device product management to define , develop , validate and launch new devices Refresh of in-market devices, working closely Wynk and other engineering team

 

The ideal candidate

is a currently a test engineer/test lead with experience  in testing of Android devices  and/or set top boxes Has experience in writing/defining test cases and test setups for both for functional and non functional ( KPI measurement , System stability etc. ) HAs experience in manual testing and/or automation Demonstrates customer obsessions, wears a customer hat when looking at product quality Has some experience with testing of android applications and/or devices

 

Required Skills:

Experience with testing of set top boxes and/or android devices . Experience in testing of Android set top boxes would be a strong plus  Demonstrated experience of writing/defining test cases for functional and non functional ( KPI measurement, System stability etc.) Good understanding of STB domain ( CAS, DVB ) and/or of Android testing
