The QA Engineer for Radiometer will play a key role in the successful execution of the project. This individual will support both production and R&D teams by providing technical expertise and ensuring high-quality implementation of engineering solutions

This position is part of the Quality team located in Poland (Stargard, Stalowa street) and will be working on site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the quality department and report to the Manager quality operations responsible for collaboration with production and engineering departments to ensure quality, development and implementation of procedures, supervision of non-conformities. The quality engineer at Radiometer plays a vital role in improving products, processes, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Coordinating the creation, review and updates of production and QMS documentations

Collaborating on activities related to cleanroom requalification

Providing ongoing engineering support to production and R&D teams

Analyzing and developing technical solutions within the scope of the project

Participation in internal and external audits

The essential requirements of the job include:

Min. 2-year experience on the similar position in quality department, in medical device industry

Very good English is a must

Teamwork and communication skills

Independence, responsibility, and resistance to stress

Ability to think analytically and solve problems

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Working accurately with attention to details

Demonstrating problem solving skills

Creativity and an innovative approach to design

Openness to change and a willingness to continuously learn

Ability to react quickly to unforeseen situations
