**Job Summary** We are seeking a Test Analyst with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting is a plus. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is required. **Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality. + Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements. + Identify document and track software defects and inconsistencies. + Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure software meets user requirements. + Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. + Utilize technical skills in CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic to perform testing tasks. + Provide detailed test reports and documentation for review by stakeholders. + Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to understand project scope. + Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. + Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and feedback. + Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts. + Support the development team in troubleshooting and resolving issues. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. + Have hands-on experience with CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal. + Show familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains. + Display attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Certifications Required** + ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
