Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures. **Responsibilities** + Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated). + Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. + Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. + Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process. + Testing Activities: Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing. + Metrics and Reporting: Track quality metrics, analyze trends, and report on testing results. + Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve testing processes and quality. **Qualifications** + Strong IT Professional: Experience in software testing, particularly with web applications and mobile applications. + Test Automation Expertise: Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete, Cucumber, Ready API, Load Runner, and JUnit/NUnit. + Manual Testing: Experience with manual testing methodologies and practices. + Defect Tracking: Familiarity with defect tracking tools like RALLY. + Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions. The base salary range for this position is $91,457 -$137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
