QA Director
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a QA Director to join one of their top financial clients in the Tri-State area. This individual will be responsible for leading the enterprise wide QA strategy, ensuring that our software deliveries align with the organizations objectives to achieve high standards of quality and performance. This person will develop and enforce QA processes, standards, methodologies & tooling as well as define KPIs and measure performance/adherence. This individual will also mentor and lead QAs (both direct and indirectly, internal employees and vendor partners, onshore and offshore). We are seeking someone who has grown from a technical QA and is well versed in end to end testing, who has grown into a leader. Starting salary begins at $140K. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
