QA Calibration Associate

Description

The Calibration Associate reports to the Calibration Supervisor and is responsible for support functions related to the team, clerical and administrative support, data entry, and other supporting functions as assigned to ensure maintenance of policies and procedures according to applicable requirements. The appropriate candidate must be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, work as a team-player under general supervision, and must be punctual and reliable in attendance.

HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:

•\tPerforms specialized administrative work in relationship to Quality Systems and Calibration of instruments throughout the company.

•\tFiling, scanning and storage of calibration records.

•\tAssist calibration team with daily activities, including activity in the production and/or lab areas requiring PPE.

•\tSupports department customer relationship management activities, including schedule coordination.

•\tMonitor and organize inquiries directed to the Calibration team.

•\tMaintaining excellent customer service via communications with internal customers and external vendors.

•\tMust be able to lift/carry objects up to 20 lbs. and perform general filing duties (boxes, calibrated instruments, or items utilized for calibrating instruments).

•\tThe employee must be able to work in non-climate controlled areas.

•\tThe employee is regularly required to maintain a pleasant and professional manner with coworkers and concentrate on work while surrounded by distractions. The noise level is usually moderate.

•\tEXPERIENCE: Entry Level 1-3 years, Administrative Office work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
