Job Details:

Perform receiving and inspection of raw material, line process and finished products.Directly involved in ensuring all food produced are safe for human consumption by implementing Critical Control Point (CCP) and Control Point (CP) checks.To report any negligence and non-conformance related to FSQA.Maintain good housekeeping at workstations.Perform frozen and after cooked evaluation on product sensory according to product quality and customer specification.Perform reconstitution for frozen product as per customer's requirement.Undertake any duties assigned by superior.
