Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:

Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements through client engagement and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessionsFacilitate JAD sessions to elicit and clarify requirements from stakeholdersTranslate client needs into actionable specifications for technical and business teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectivesDevelop and execute functional test cases to validate solution deliverySupport defect resolution by working closely with clients and technical teamsInterpret complex data to inform business decisions and process improvementsContribute to process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

Our flexible delivery models— traditional teams, pools, or pods, are tailored for each client’s needs, offering engineering-led Advise, Implement, & Operate capabilities to accelerate innovation.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree Limited immigration sponsorship may be available2+ years’ experience in a client-facing business and/or data analyst role2+ years’ experience leading and facilitating JAD sessionsAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
