+ Experience in Insurance Industry (P & L)
+ Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
+ Document and track defects using appropriate tools, providing detailed and actionable reports to the development team.
+ Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand and articulate business and functional requirements.
+ Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to development and product teams.
+ Document and report testing results, defects, and other relevant information in a clear and understandable manner.
+ Facilitate effective communication between business, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements and issues.
+ Attend defect triage calls with the development team to ensure effective resolution of issues.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
+ Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
