Job Description Overview: One of Insight Globals higher education clients is seeking an experienced Python Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a teaching background to support a prototype AI assessment tool. This initiative is focused on validating Python assessments generated by AI, ensuring they align with real-world expectations for introductory Python skills. The ideal candidate has formal instructional experience and a deep understanding of foundational Python concepts, as well as prior experience evaluating or grading technical coursework. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Interact with AI-generated Python assessments to evaluate accuracy and relevance of questions and answers Score practice assessments completed by others and compare evaluations against AI-generated scores Review peer SMEs responses and collaboratively refine assessment criteria Assess the structure and effectiveness of Python learning exercises across a range of beginner-level topics Provide feedback and insights to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
