**Job Title- Python Developer** **Location - Washington, DC** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Monitor Azure Key Vault Azure Event Hub Python and SQL. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Brokerage is a plus. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our investment banking services. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement scalable solutions using Azure Monitor Azure Key Vault and Azure Event Hub to enhance system performance and security. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL for efficient data processing. + Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions. + Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing robust encryption and access control measures. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. + Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to maintain high availability and reliability. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. + Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes. + Collaborate with the investment banking operations team to align technical solutions with business objectives. + Deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the investment banking and brokerage domain. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Azure Monitor Azure Key Vault and Azure Event Hub. + Demonstrate proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis. + Experience in investment banking operations and brokerage is a plus. + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and communication. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. + Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until July 1st 2025.
