As a customer consulting generalist at PwC, you will join other individuals who possess a broad range of skills and experience in customer consulting. You will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different customer-related areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies to enhance their customer experience, drive business growth, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Associate, you will lead a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues across the lifecycle of capital and infrastructure projects. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

 Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, and project evaluations for infrastructure projects. 

Lead project structuring, financing, and negotiations with stakeholders. 

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on capital projects. 

Supervise less experienced team members and ensure quality deliverables. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. 

Minimum Experience Required 

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or related field 

Master’s degree in business or finance related field is a plus. 

Professional qualifications like CFA (added advantage), ICAN/ACCA (required), PMP certification (required) etc.  

At least 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience in infrastructure advisory, consulting, or related fields.
