Lead/Co Lead Roles for Powertrain and Underbody PVT:
Owns Functional Warranty quality objectives for the base function (R/1000 and CPU). Respond to plant/supplier issues before they leave assembly plants. Evaluate chronic and new warranty issues to push for cut off and resolution ASAP.LL6’s Co-Chair Variability Reduction Team (VRT) meetings at the Plant.Lead ECB Warranty binning and analysis.LEAD BSAQ and Problem Resolution for ECB Warranty (except Supplier Quality) communication and coordination with VFG/Plant/Others, author projects, manage implementation, calculate impact, handle warranty glide path forecast.Support Roles
Support supplier and PD requests for component changes (SREA), run requested trialsSupport Major/Minor launch starting at LR with focus on Quality.
