Join our LEGO® team in Business Services Operations (BSO) located in Cienega de Flores, NL. Become a member of our Purchasing support team.
In this role, you will be ensuring the delivery of financial services to the entire LEGO Group and our vendors, specifically related to procurement, costs and compliance with our global P2P processes.
**Note: this is a 6 months contract.**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Drive collaboration with Procurement team and Vendor master data team
+ Support execution of Purchase Order processes in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner (processing purchase requests in Coupa system, handling Service Now incidents & chat queries, vendor sourcing per agreed threshold with Procurement team, Coupa Reporting)
+ Deliver high-quality service handling of basic customer queries
+ Co-drive productivity initiatives across cross functional areas.
+ Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, operation of global, standardised, and scalable processes.
+ Collaborate with AP & Procurement to improve PO compliance.
+ Participate in regional projects related to our Procure To Pay Process (P2P).

The team is involved in the P2P process and therefore holds an important role within the Business Service Operations covering the Americas Region.
The team handles operational order handling on behalf of employees in the LEGO Group in close partnership with the rest of the business.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven working experience in a Procurement role
+ BA degree or equivalent experience
+ MS office: experienced - Advanced level of MS excel
+ SAP or other large scale ERP required
+ Experience in Coupa is a plus.
+ Analytical, detailed and high-quality oriented
+ Manage multiple tasks successfully
+ Experience in working in highly collaborative environments
+ Shared Service experience
+ Fluent english.
+ Fulltime availability
