Your tasks:

\n\nSupporting colleagues in their purchases in accordance with DHL and Procurement policies, guidelines and principles\nBeing the procurements e-purchasing tools first level support for the requestors and the interface to the 2nd level support\nSolving procurement tickets within agreed SLA\nProcessing of the relevant master data, creating and amending vendors master data\nBuilding and maintaining good cooperation with the business e-purchasing tools users and controlling/management of relevant business units\nParticipating in purchasing projects\nTesting of tools\nProviding support to colleagues within Purchasing Centre Ostrava and other procurement colleagues.\nConducting e-purchasing tools users trainings\nCreation and updating of related manuals\nProviding purchasing related reports\n

Your profile:

\n\nBeing proactive and curious, Good computer literacy, Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Good communication skills, Fast learner, Flexibility, Team player, People person\n0 – 3 year Customer Service experience, other support role experience or IT experience\nHigh School or University degree - International Business, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, studies of foreign languages or similar.\nEnglish at least B2 or higher is a MUST and additional European language at least B2 level knowledge is very welcome.\n\n
