As a Purchasing Agent, you’ll be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, placing orders, and making sure everything arrives on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with production, inventory, and finance teams to keep our stock levels optimized and our operations efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Source & Procure raw materials, parts, and services at competitive pricesBuild vendor relationships and monitor performance (delivery, quality, cost)Create and manage purchase orders, resolving any order discrepanciesMonitor inventory levels and support forecasting for upcoming production needsTrack costs and maintain high standards of quality and timeliness


Work Experience
Strong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyFamiliarity with procurement/inventory software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks preferred)Self-motivation and the ability to work independentlyFlexibility to support other departments when needed
