Job Description

To Maintain daily role/function of retail receiving.

Responsibilities

• Pull packing slips from boxes and check Yellowdog for Purchase orders.
• Receive merchandise on worksheets in Yellowdog and print tickets.
• Tag Merchandise
• Follow up on missing invoices with supplier.
• Follow up on missing purchase orders with Director of Retail.
• Match receiver with invoice and receive in Yellowdog.
• If damaged items are received, call supplier for credit.
• Deliver merchandise to store or alternate storage location.
• Receive UPS and FedEx deliveries.
• Deliver Invoices to Accounting
• Assist with Uniforms as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail Experience strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience with good understanding of Excel
• Yellow Dog software experience a plus
