The role supports long-term planning and operational excellence through information management, forecasting & planning, data & process oversight, vendor and inventory management and market and material knowledge. **Key** **Responsibilities:** • Identify potential suppliers to improve costs and quality. • Support to the logistics department in commercial matters. • Negotiate prices with existing and new suppliers. •Negotiate contracts. • Efficient communication with suppliers on commercial matters. • Continue to develop and maintain partnership with suppliers on strategic matters. • Participate in the physical inventory. • Receive, handle and confirm order confirmations from Logistics in Denmark. • Coordinate with production planner the preparation of order list/packing plan for all the productions lines in Mexico's site. • Coordinate with production planner the release of orders for production line in Mexico's site. • Communicate with production site about capacities, plan and orders in progress. • Communicate with Logistics in Denmark about capacities and order flow. • Inform data about orders and shipping plans for VMI-customers to shipping department • Supervision of Planning and MRO Purchasingpersonnel. **Requirements** • Professional studies • 3 to 5 years on the Planning and Materials Management in a similar level. • English required. • Experience on MRP System. • Personnel management experience. • Software utilization knowledge. • Experience in the Medical Industry or other regulated industry (Preferred). • Basic knowledge in GMP’s FDA, QSR and ISO 13485 and/or similar regulations (Preferred). • Induction to ISO 14001:2015. \#LI-SR1 \#LI-Onsite **Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent Convatec** A formal recruitment process is required for all our opportunities prior to any offer of employment.
