Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for narrowbody aircraft (e.g., Airbus A320, Boeing 737) spare parts / rotables across the APAC region. Lead and develop a team of 3 purchasing specialists, ensuring sourcing productivity, training, and skill growth. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries. Implement and refine purchasing processes, ensuring cost control, inventory management, and compliance with company policies. Building preferred supplier listing PSL with primary, secondary and tertiary options.
Skills & Qualifications: Minimally 5 years in purchasing within the aviation industry, specifically for narrowbody aircraft parts. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of the APAC aviation sector and an established network of suppliers in the commercial aviation aftermarket. Fluent in English with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Multilingual will be highly sought after. Benefits: Visible career prospects with a growing MNC.
