This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Significant level of relevant work experience required. **QUALIFICATIONS** + **This role is a hybrid position where the applicant will be required to work in our Troy, MI office 3 days per week.** + Develops and implements global supply base for Meritor’s Driveline Business. + Manage team of approximately 3 to 4 direct reports (buyers) **Additional Qualifications:** + 5 Years of Purchasing Experience in a direct material buying or commodity management role required. + Experience managing others in a global capacity. **QUALIFICATIONS (nice to have):** + Ability to select, lead, evaluate, and develop employees. + Ability to track and analyze financial results of sourcing strategies. + Global manufacturing and supply base knowledge. + Able to analyze and interpret market data. + Commodity cost driver knowledge.
