Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification in Mexico, Apodaca NL. Main stakeholders are Planning, Production & Warehouse.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Follow up purchase ordersCreate purchase requisitionInvoice follow upWorkflows reworksInventory checksCreate open orders reportsSupplier meeting to validate possible shortagesInternal meeting with planning & production to validate scheduling programsSolve warehouse discrepancies.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

You are immersed engaged in sap system & purchasing area and the electrical marketAbility to demonstrate your knowledge in purchasingPossess an enhanced knowledge in sap system, purchasing and Power BI.You are innovative around Placing orders, expedite payment, create requisitions & validate inventories and knowledge about Excel.Degree in Administration, Commerce, Engineering areasYou are at ease communicating in EnglishProactive, Analytical mindset, Problem-solving skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment.
